This track bears an obvious reference to excellent anime series Excel Saga, from its title (Across is the name of organization the anime's protagonists belong to) to the included voice samples from it, which are all the main heroine Excel's lines, for example, her famous 'Hail, Il Palazzo-sama!' exclamation.
