'Abnormal DECLENSION' IS the correct name for this track! This is often confused because Metropolis mistyped "Abnormal Decision" on the U.S. version instead of the correct "Abnormal Declension". Metropolis was notorious for screwing up track names on U.S. imports of Evils Toy releases. I'm looking at the liner notes of the physical CD from the original German Hynobeat edition that I've had over a decade and it clearly says "Declension".
