“30” starts after a monologue by Burnham with his displeasure of not being able to finish the INSIDE special before he turned 30 as he had originally planned to. Bo laments on his childhood compared to his parents, as well as possibly regretting some things he did before he turned 30. The song ends with Burnham saying that when he’s 40 he plans to kill himself.
