This song was written and recorded in the summer of 2009. The lyrics were put together on a delayed plane journey back from Italy, with the music being being added and recorded a week later. Based on a storyline from TV, it is written about a drawn out break up between two people, taken from the perspective of a guy who just doesn't have the guts to make the decision. In the beginning he is looking back over the past 28 days and how much has happened.
