Started in Brooklyn, New York, in 2023 by Devi Sherman, “with feet that run.” was named after a lyric from the song, “I’m The Man Who Loves You,” by Wilco. Inspired by DIY emo, the project originally played into harsh noise and low fidelity, which led to its first release, “this is my shout into the universe.” However, after leaving New York for Atlanta, the project was indefinitely put on hold and lost from the internet. Over a year later, work has resumed to refurbish old music for, “YOU CAN'T SCREAM IN SPACE,” an EP releasing April 4th, 2025.
