Winnipeg Boyz are a pair of central Canada's most prominent rappers. Holding down the frozen prairie capital city of Winnipeg for over a decade now, Charlie Fettah and Jon C are taking their rugged brand of unfiltered inner city poetry to new heights. Consisting of two thirds of Canadian hip hop powerhouse Winnipeg's Most, the Winnipeg Boyz had initially made their mark on the Canadian scene with their own Heatbag Records imprint and later furthered their brand by joining forces with infamous rap label Battle Axe Records after being cosigned by Madchild himself. The duo have amassed an incredible online presence with legions of followers on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Soundcloud. Their Heatbag Records YouTube channel is one of, if not THE, most viewed Canadian hip hop channel on Youtube with just under 8 million views including nearly 2 million alone for the video single "All That I Know" which features both MC's. Their latest video "A Better Place" is already nearing two hundred thousand views. Winnipeg Boyz are no stranger to media coverage with various television appearances as well as press in numerous notable magazines and websites. They have been on TV in features or interviews on CBC, CTV, APTN and SHAW. Legendary Canadian news program "The National", on CBC, dedicated a 13 minute piece to the duo.
