Dominic Fox's w/trem (pronounced "with trem") is a one-man songwriting and recording project that's been going for almost a decade. The quality of the recordings has improved significantly over that time, but the formula hasn't changed much: folky melodies sung in an unusually pure vocal style, electronic beats, synths and noisy/psychedelic guitars. While Dominic lived in Leicester he used to go out and perform w/trem songs live from time to time, a highlight being the joint appearance at with Andy Brain of Keshco at The Shed, immortalised as "Tears of Irony - Live!". Since moving to Northampton he's not been out so much, but managed to finish recording "Grammar Schools For All", the most recent collection of w/trem songs.
