Vital Dissent:-- Forged in Feb 2009 by K.M.Kent (currently with MOTORKILL a Motorhead Tribute - guitar/vocals). Vital Dissent formed with a view to put down on record some viewpoints of the state of the planet to a soundtrack of Thrash/Death/Black Metal all encompased with a touch of modern electronics. Some of the lyrical views are real, some are fictitious & some deal with what religious folk would have us believe! Topics range from pure & simple Death, to the state of technology (& where it will eventually lead us to) & back to religious dissent! This new project for KK explores the heavier & more experimental side of his passions which takes influences from Akercocke, Nile, Bloodbath, Emperor, Opeth to name a few. The project is as yet very much in its infancy & the album - Apocalyptic Visions - on this site will be added to as the tracks get ever closer towards completion. As a taster for whats to come the tongue in cheek track "The Horned Lord" has been uploaded in its demo format (this track will change as lead guitar has yet to be recorded).
