There are multiple artists named uju: 1.Kim Myung-ji (김명지); known by her stage name uju — 우주 (wooju [Hangul], meaning: universe), is a South Korean Indie singer-songwriter, recognized for her city-pop genre songs. Debuted in 2017 with the first single #Outfit, which gained sympathy with lyrics expressing a simple and busy life, she released her first mini-album Sunday Seoul Ep.1 in late 2017, achieved some attention in the korean music platform 'MelOn'. In 2018 released the singles for the second EP, with her unique energy for songs such as Reaching Out To You and Moon, Crystal, Love. Afterwards, in 2019 continued her career with Sunday Seoul Ep.2, which expresses the impossibility of a city full of bright lights on a dark night, and Sunday Seoul Ep.3, which contains the wish for the eternity of time. On December 21 (2021) released her new EP, being the first out of the Sunday Seoul trilogy, Preview which had the track Mindset as a single (previously released on October 30), and containing Mademoiselle as a promotional single and the project's title track. 2.
