Formed in Minot, ND. Relocated To Amarillo, Texas to work with Ray Ruff and eventually settled in Fort Worth. After releasing one single as The Tracers, they changed the name to 'Try Cerz' to avoid a conflict with another band named The Tracers. They then changed the band name to Sweet Smoke.
