Rock gods from Buzău, Romania. Members: Vlad - guitar Victor(a.k.a. the low budget monster) - unplugged (literally) guitar The Low Budget Monster was formed during the filming sessions of TV COMEDY, a movie that is now on youtube. The low budget monster himself appeared on MTV, playing their hit single Low Budget Monster. The band then changed their name to Low Budget Monster, making Victoraş their symbol, while Vlad is still the genius behind their masterpieces. The misterious low budget monster has never made his face public, labeling him as even more misterious than Slipknot. Some people have called this band a completely rip-off, although Vlad says the band is completely original and any influences in his playing might be derived from the early prehistoric times when people used sticks as percussion.
