The Lady In Red once started as the band known as Paralife, in December 2007. After recording the song "Angel Of Sin" with guitarmeister Karl Fieldhouse from Iron Will Audio Solutions in Januari 2008. The Lady In Red(then called Paralife) set the tone for a new style of metal with super-melodic riffs, backbreaking drums and fully integrated vocals. After more than a year of writing songs and playing shows with full force and enthousiasm, they decided it was time to set things to a higher level, to be more tight, more faster, more powerful and have better melodic sounds than ever before. In April 2009 these 5 young men had recorded their new demo at Independent Recordings. Learning from this exprience once more, they got to the decision to make a vital change in what they had built till now. They had let their music evolve to the next phase, while remaining the same people with the same passion for music. And with that, took on a matching name that gave a bright future, The Lady In Red. Lurking inspiration from this mayor change they have enough resources to continu writing songs for many years to come. Having honeysweet melodie's that would frighten wasps, Breakdowns so powerful you'd think a freight train was coming your way, and vocals so murdering, you'd think Jack the Ripper has come back to haunt you.
