The Charming Locals were founded in October 2009 in Zurich. Lukas (guitar, vocals) and Sascha (drums) met each other one year before. They decided to share a flat in the City of Zurich and startet a band. Inspired from bands like Nirvana, The Libertines, Radiohead, The Lemonheads, Pixies, Sonic Youth and much more they’re playing energetic, honest and dirty kind of rock music.
