Kyiv, Ukraine (2005 - 2011) The CheekyBenders were a rock and roll band from Kyiv, Ukraine, formed in 2005. The last cast of the band was comprised of Kas (vocals and harmonica), Kuva (guitar and vocals), Lyashch (double-bass), Berya (drums), and Sergey (sax). Original bassist Alex Longer left in 2008. In 2007 original drummer Berya left the band for two years and was temporarily replaced by Junior. On 9/9/2011 the band took part at Ukrabilly 2011 Concert Season Opener, it was the final band gig. They have one EP, released in 2007. The compilation 'Ukrabilly Train' (Crazy Rat label, 2008) includes two tracks of the CheekyBenders.
