The members of Surrealized come from seemingly opposite musical backgrounds and interests, having been a part of numerous Seattle ensembles. Rob Anonymous being involved as a producer and performer in the Seattle electronic, hip-hop, house, industrial, and dub-step scene with such groups as MISS SOLAR SYSTEM and Mentats has made an unlikely team with KIMO MURAKI who is a live and studio vocalist/multi-instrumentalist in the Seattle indie, folk, funk, and alt-country scene whose collaborations include work with ED HARCOURT, SOKO, FENCES, and SHAWN SMITH to name a few. Blending Rob's industrial and heavy beat-driven production with Kimo's soulful space-like vocals and verbed-out guitars, the sound and vision of Surrealized is to represent the continuing will to transcend the human experience through music driven by the inspiration of the creative, collective universe....
