SuperXcontra is the craziest straight edge group you have ever heard. They are doing for sxe what bands like Youth of Today and Earth Crisis have done in the past, but taking things one step further. Taking on hiphop as their musical genre of choice, superXcontra have spawned what may be a new frontier for the straight edge movement. From the time their first mixtape ("x never give in -never surrender x") dropped there have been quite a few sxe kids working on their own rap projects. SuperXcontra is made up of a growing number of people, but don't even ask them about this. They are likely to tell you a multitude of stories like: they are three old schoolers recording in a Delaware basement, two kids from the midwest that have rich parents backing them, one guy with a big dream, or even a bunch of beer drinking jock hacks from has-been northeast hardcore bands, etc. Evidently a few in their fold are on various waxtch lists and they'd like to keep those that are, safe. Walking the walk! They now have a straight edge vegan side project going called WOLF\CELL\SOLID that should be just as interesting.
