super visas, a b-sides project of wallscenery demos, with a focus on atmosphere heavy recordings that embrace elements of pop/lo-fi/drone/ambient musical styles. The debut album [READ (I found out)] was written/recorded/produced by james hicken, and features poetry from the legendary Hugh Oliver, as well as bass and guitar from Mike Daley (northwest division). The songwriting is diverse, and pop hooks are dropped into spaced out rhythms and psychedelic swells. sv allow the listener to understand the writing process through use of simple production methods and easily accessible equipment. With a focus on exploration and ensuring sonic delight, super visa's debut was recorded between December 2009 and May 2010.
