Soxpan is an insdustrial rock/metal band from Norway formed by members of Green Carnation. Kicking you alive" is the newest Soxpan output on Karmakosmetix Records out on March 15th. Soxpan have been around since 1997 and was originally formed as Pan by lead singer Jan Transit of legendary Norwegian band In The Woods, Tommy Jacksonville (drummer of Naervaer and Green Carnation) and Stein R.Sordal (bassist of Green Carnation). The recording that kicked off the whole project, "Individualindependentintelligence", was recorded the same year but the project disappeared from the scene soon after, due to major involvements of the members in other musical projects. Last year Soxpan made a comeback on a Norwegian festival with a new name for the occasion. The gig added new fuel to the fire and the debut album "Kickin' You Alive" was completed at brown sound studio last year.
