Bloomington, IN based shoe on roof is an instrumental indie/progressive rock band. Formed in early 2009, they are a 7 piece band fusing elements of rock, jazz, progressive and indie rock. Members include Jeremy Jeffers (guitar), Dan Wick (bass), James "JR" McIntire (synths/basses/keys), Mark Hajduk (drums), Ben Frazier (saxophone), Clark Wick (keyboards), and former Send The Dawn bassist Scott Hajduk (guitar). The band's influence as wide as the number of members and vary too vastly to simply name in a bio. Their sound could be described as somewhat similar to bands like Sleeping People, Kayo Dot, Don Caballero, Queens of the Stone Age, The E Street Band, Pearl Jam, and Merle Haggard.
