Sadistik Ritual was a thrash metal band from Congers, New York. They formed at an unknown period in time. Their last known line-up consisted of Matt Hodge (vocals), Jon Ciorciari (guitars), Greg Paravati (guitars), Chris Mondelli (bass) and Forrest Leighton (drums). They only recorded two demos during their brief existence. Demo #1 in 1988 and Deal with Darkness in 1989. Their lyrical themes included death and darkness. They played shows in the Rockland County vicinity. They performed at World War Thrash on December 23, 1989 in Nanuet, New York. It was a battle of the bands competition with Rockland County & Bergen County bands such as Killpower, Bar Sinister and Ground Zero. It is not known if they won. It is not known when they disbanded.
