Runaway Symphony is an American alternative rock band, formed in Moscow, Idaho in 2010. The band comprises vocalist and guitar player Daniel Botkin, lead guitarist Chris Lowe, bassist AJ Stevens, and drummer Jason Oliveira. Runaway Symphony's material is often compared to that of Coldplay while also drawing comparisons to NEEDTOBREATHE and various acoustic artists. Since the release of the band’s debut EP, Born In the War (2011), Runaway Symphony has also drawn influence from other sources, including The Myriad, Mat Kearney and Iron and Wine with their songwriting. Runaway Symphony's EP, Born In the War (2011) came with singles, "Born In the War", "Voices" and "Broken Bones" along with other songs, "Sticks & Stones" and "Nothing Left To Say".
