ra]va[ge originates in 2000, where I used Modplugtracker to produce my first Speedcore tracks. This first Speedcore period, which was initiated by my discovery of the now long gone United Speedcore Nation, lasted for about two years. During this period several freetracks, 2 tracks on Hate System, a sublabel of USN, and another track on Braindestruction Recordz were released. Then, until about 2004, I experimented with several styles of electronic music, learned how to use new programs and plugins, further developed my own style, listened to loads of breakcore and drum'n'bass which naturally found their way into my music. My first full length demo was finished in July 2004, and although the tracks were never released, my career as a liveact started afterwards in 2005 on a noisecamp in vienna, which was a serial of noise and breakcore-oriented parties. Two more demos followed, as well as several liveacts, of which the more important ones were the Fuckparade 2005 and 2006 in Berlin and the Temp~Festival 2006 near Vienna. Recent works include a breakcore remix for the austrian band Attwenger, my participation in the web-series too much too fast too true too slow on feedbackanddisaster.net, the soundtrack for the comic/audiobook Black Lava by Philippe Gerlach, a liveact for the web-festival Nomusic Festival X and a track for Braindestruction Recordz again, released in February 2007. My current styles include breakcore, hardcore, speedcore, drum'n'bass, noise, soundscapes,
