Rap, House music, and Rock bands. These were the backgrounds for the performing members of PLAYERTWO. Ivo Impreso, Wave P, and Luke April respectively. These stark contrasts of influences helped create a whole fresh fusion sound that became the band’s signature. With the catchy cadences and hooks that Wave P contributes, to the strong and dominant voices that Ivo Impreso emulates, and the saucy production and smooth falsettos of Luke April, they create a sound lying in the grey area between Hip-Hop and Pop. Together with the innovative visual narratives led by visual directors, Ven Villariza and Puhken they are boundless in their creativity and growing in skills and are set to change the music of the Philippines together.
