oxbxjxe formed sometime in the early 90's. Throughout their lifespan as a band, oxbxjxe released a total of four demos, and also appeared on the "Image Sonic" omnibus. However, in 1995, the group split. Frontman Akane (茜) and guitarist Ai (哀) both went on to form the short lived indies group, C'est～La～vie, which split in 1996. Afterwards, Akane changed his alias to Arihito, and became the second frontman for the well known visual-kei band, Blüe. He also took part in YUKIYA's Kreis Project. After Blüe split in 2002, he retired from the visual-kei scene.
