Music producer xtra-ordinaire AKA: Nickelson Nic Vegter Classified Project The Infernal Machine Monkeyheads Solid Globe I started making music in the mid 80's. First some commercial popmusic, having some early succeses with Nasty "Een moment zonder jou" and rapper/frontman StayC and Twenty-4-seven. Exploring the dancescene in the late 90's, i began making electronic dance music first for fun. Where there were rules in making pop songs (verse-chorus-verse-chorus-bridge-chorus), in dance there were none. Everything could be done and that makes dancemusic very interesting! Hobby became work... I had a lot of succes making over 100 productions in the last 15 years. Classified Project was well known for it's energy-driven tech-trance tracks. Later Solid Globe sold lots of vinyls of trancy floor-fillers. My releases were lisenced all over the world and can still be found on millions of compilation-cd's! On the remixing front, it is not bad either. I did some remix-work for no less than Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten. Tiesto remixed some of my tracks!
