This Moncton New Brunswick instrumental quartet is making waves as one of the most creative and accomplished jazz outfits in Atlantic Canada. Nominated as ‘Instrumental Recording of the Year’ at the East Coast Music Awards 2006 for their third album ‘‘Sphère, Epiphondes II’’, also released in Montreal, Paris and Geneva, the artists offer a ready-to-tour show. Les Paiens perform at festivals (Harvest Jazz & Blues, Evolve, Francofolies Montréal, Northrop Frye), concert halls (Capitol Moncton, La Maroquinerie Paris), and produce sounds tracks for film (National Film Board), and TV (Radio Canada, TV5, TFO).
