There are two bands with the name kanuak: 1. Paulo Ventura's intention with the project KanuaK is to throw vibrational information into your direction so you can catch it and let it flow through all the areas of your body, mind and soul. 2. ｋａｎｕａｋ was an indie visual kei band from Tokyo, Japan that was active from October 2004 to January 1, 2007. Its members included Ayame (綺萠) (formerly of Dia le ktik) as vocalist, Hyouka (氷華) on guitar, and Niro (26) (formerly of Trazedy) on bass. They also recruited two support members, guitarist Sayu (previously having worked with Velvet Eden and Alc(α)dia) and drummer Yasu (夜甦). They distributed one untitled demo MD (minidisc) with four tracks from their typical live set list, and had one song included on the omnibus album EYE PROJECT presents vol.22. kanuak's official website still remains online at http://kanuak.fc2web.com.
