Kadia are a folk-pop ensemble based in Geneva, Switzerland - its members are of Australian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Egyptian, Guinean, Italian, Lebanese and Spanish origins. Oh and we are all Swiss too*** Cuillères, mando-cello, congas, ukulele, balafon, oud et cuivres accompagnent dans un gai mélange d’influences la douce voix de Kadiata pour produire une musique rythmée et mélodieuse – est-ce du pop ou du nu-folk? Le public sera seul juge... Spoons, mandocello, congas, ukulele, xylophone, oud and horns accompanied in a sunny mixture of influences by the dulcet tones of Kadiata to produce a music both rhythmic and melodic - is it pop or nu-folk?
