Not quite rock, and not just metal, jonnyallen forges inspired and dynamic soundscapes, drawing inspiration from all over rock and metal music’s history: alternative, symphonic, industrial, extreme, progressive and more. The sound is often menacing, sometimes beautiful, and always unpredictable. Formed in Minnesota and named after a rock legend, jonnyallen has spent every moment since their inception bringing their unorthodox sound to all in earshot, constantly writing new songs to hone their sound and playing every show possible to expand their fanbase, performing with local and touring bands alike. Their stage show is something to behold, intense and unforgettable. In a scene rapidly growing stagnant and homogenous with an excess of similar bands, jonnyallen stands poised to emerge as the new face of heavy music.
