IRONSTONE are a progressive metalcore band from Melbourne, Australia. Influenced by a range of modern djent, progressive and metalcore genres, their music features a blend of technical rhythm, clean and distorted vocals, heavy downtuned riffs and breakdowns and atmospheric layers. The result is a contemporary metal sound that is sophisticated, melodic, and hard-hitting. IRONSTONE released their debut EP ‘Prophecy’ in May 2020, receiving extremely positive reviews from worldwide media. In late 2021 they released a single and video, 'Mr. Struggle' and followed up in February 2022 with the releases of 'Shiny Things.' October 2022 saw the release of a single and video for 'Brave The Black' followed closely by the release of their sophomore EP 'The Place I Cannot Find'. IRONSTONE is comprised of Dan Charlton on vocals, Edward Warren on guitar, Oliver Hosking on bass and Jackson Whyte on drums.
