heidi. (ハイジ, read haiji) is a Japanese Visual kei band which was formed in Tokyo in February 2006. Members: ** Vocals: 義彦 (Yoshihiko, ex-SICS, ex-Lucy; also active solo) -Born October 19, 1983, from Chiba Prefecture, blood type AB. He went to the same music vocational school as the leader of the band Shin Kou Shuu Kyou Gakudan NoGoD, and the two are close. He turned down a job offer from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force to join heidi. ** Guitar: ナオ (Nao, ex-ATOM, ex-カリメロ; ex-VERY BERRY) - Born August 18, 1980, from Tochigi Prefecture, blood type O ** Bass: コースケ (Kohsuke, ex-ATOM, ex-カリメロ) - Born February 19, 1981, from Tochigi Prefecture, blood type B. He has known Nao, the guitarist, since their elementary school days. ** Drums: 桐 (Kiri, ex-Rougir La Neige, ex-kannivalism, ポロリ) - Born September 27, 1981, from Saitama Prefecture, blood type O History: After the breakup of two earlier groups, カリメロ (Kalimero) with guitarist Nao and bassist Kosuke, and ポロリ(Porori) with drummer Kiri, the three came together in 2005. Their search for a singer lasted most of the year until the booking manager of Ikebukuro Cyber introduced them to Yoshihiko. Two sessions settled it. In January 2006 the four formed heidi. in Tokyo.
