Heart Together is the brainchild of musician Trent Liptak. Heart Together released its first single, “Yr My Bloodhound”, July 3 2021, 3 months after the disillusionment of The Dead Center (the first band made by Liptak). This is the most popular Heart Together song to date. Unlike other Heart Together songs, where Trent would bring in outside help for parts of it, Trent plays everything on this track. Three months later on October 22, 2021, Heart Together released their first EP, the Wilhelm Grimm EP, named after the younger brother of the author-illustrator duo, The Brothers Grimm. It contained 4 tracks, 2 original songs (Wilhelm Grimm and I'll Be Fine), a cover of Kate Bush's 'Running Up That Hill', and a demo version of Wilhelm Grimm. This also introduced the first form of physical media for Heart Together, which is a CD version of the EP. The next year on February 16th, they released the song 'Small Hurts'. It was released as a single, being the second single ever released by the band. Later that year on October 7, Heart Together released 'blood pact (another sin on the highway strip)'. The album deals with themes of romance, violence, and how the two can be intertwined (I.E. "It's love and it's gore pouring out the same faucet", as Trent puts it). It is currently the most popular project by Heart Together. It contains two other people who perform on the album, Ezra Tipps, who delivers the monologue in the song "lastkiss".
