Albert Kurniawan - Vocals, bass, guitar James Luther - Guitars and keys David Luther - Drums Originating from Omaha, NE, the three-piece band Go Motion concocts irresistible dance rock with original flair. Their debut album, Kill The Love, conjures dark imagery with energetic tempos and displays Go Motion's progressive take on an established genre. Born and raised in Indonesia, Albert Kurniawan was drawn to American pop culture that included music such as Hall & Oates, Duran Duran and New Order. It was after he relocated to Omaha, NE where he met brothers James and David Luther to form Go Motion. Go Motion was quickly received as a well-respected dance pop band in their own right within the burgeoning indie rock scene of Omaha. Go Motion also received national attention from reputable music critics such as Spin.com, music television credits on the MTV's 2007 movie awards and charted on CMJ as an unsigned band. Although the band members are spread across the country from Los Angeles to Chicago to Omaha, Go Motion remains strong as they debut their second album, Get In Control with their upcoming 2011 tour.
