20/20 Vision was found in 1995 as "Generation Fuck" in Uslar / Germany. Until early 2006 they played around 400 headlining and supports shows and tours (w/ Reel Big Fish, Madsen, Beatsteaks, Green Day, Mad Caddies, Strung Out) and festivals all across europe recorded one EP and one LP "Snapshots" together with the incredible "Moses Schneider" (Beatsteaks, Tocotronic, Kante etc.) which were released in 2000 and 2003 (Snapshots) on their own small label called "KID-Records" Already in 2001 they played the Highfield Festival alongside bands like Green Day, Die Ärzte or Papa Roach. Up to now they have played 5 headliner-tours through Poland and about 400 shows in Germany, England, Belgium, Netherlands and Italy, as supporting act for bands like Beatsteaks, Madsen, Snuff, Mad Caddies, Reel Big Fish, Liquido and many others. In 2003 producer Moses Schneider (e.g. Beatsteaks Smack Smash, Tocotronic etc.) invited them to come to his halls of fame (Transporterraum Studio Berlin) to record their CD Snapshots and in the same year director Pascal Heiduk (e.g. Pale, Waterdown, Kettcar) produced the video for their song My Melody. The album Snapshots showed exactly in what direction they were heading: straight, emotional popcore with melodies that stay in your head for days! The four twenty-somethings know what theyre doing and you can hear this already on Snapshots. After all it was recorded live in only 4 days.
