Geborchene augen is the electronic recording project of solo artist Brian Schreiber of Eastern Pennsylvania. Starting in 2006 with the first release "Release 1" the self recorded album began seeing airplay on local college radio stations. Geborchene augen has been described as electronic noise, ambient noise, industrial and above all experimental in nature. Labeling and tagging the music genre is admittedly not one of the artists strong points, but the music is a collage of ambient, harsh, subtle and distant sounds formed into a systematic chain of events.
