Artist
A young adult with a laptop and a coping mechanism, gamertrash14 (Jade) creates different genres and feels of instrumental, experimental, and multi-genre music inspired by the likes of Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon, Gorillaz, and many other artists/genres. Self-labeled as instrumental alternative hip-hop, alternative rock, and lo-fi hip-hop for simplicity’s sake (though Spotify brands them as alternative r&b, art rock, and bedroom pop), gamertrash14 has created instrumental songs in multiple genres such as trip hop, funk, rock, pop, trap, punk, drill, disco, dark hop, witch house, jazz fusion, phonk, dance, metalcore, industrial, jersey club, alternative, ambient, bossa nova, experimental hip-hop, rap rock, electronic, and even more. Their recent music is melancholic and inspired by actual events, often referencing trust issues, abandonment, family trauma, and general mental health subjects in their song titles, often long and inspired by the emo genre. Their most recent album "i didn't need you anyway", self-described as their greatest effort, sees them experimenting with panning effects and more layering for the first time, encouraging listeners to use headphones whenever they listen. The album is inspired by toxic individuals that were once part of Jade's life, as well as used as the primary coping mechanism for the latter half of 2025. Everything they drop is another wave of experimentation for gamertrash14. Not even they know what they're going to do next...stay tu
