Created in November of 2023, forgiveness funeral is one of the projects of the artist better known as hauntingclaire or w6lker. At the time, their project was named “only so much can go wrong”, but has been renamed multiple times since it’s release. forgiveness funeral's music consists of mostly acoustic or alternative rock tracks that are relatively under two minutes all being self produced The first song released to this project was “today wasn’t any different”, which was posted on November 15, 2023 and promoted on hauntingclaire’s main Instagram. This song features vocals that are much more clear and typical of one of a hauntingclaire track than the other songs released to this project. Because of how different it was, “today wasn’t any different” was put to private shortly after the artist started uploading music to this project.
