Eric Carmeo was born in 1984 in a family of musicians. His grandfather played drums and his father guitar. At the age of two Eric got his very own Spanish guitar. His love for music did not stop there.He taught himself to play the drums and joined several teenage bands. In 1992 Eric bought his first house cd 'Turn up the bass 17'. And he was hooked. He became fascinated by the beat, the sound, the feeling. From that moment on Eric knew were his passion for music lay. In 2001 he bought his turntables and never stopped since. Eric Carmeo made his first electric music production with Fast Tracker. In the years that followed he continued his journey in music and won his first dj-contest in 2002. As a reward he became for three years the resident dj of two clubs in Sweetlake City. In 2007 the career of Eric Carmeo took a flight when he came in contact with the organization behind 'Listed'. Great names such as Benny Rodrigues, Gregor Salto, Funkerman and many other famous DJ's performed at parties organized by 'Listed'. While continuing his normal everyday life he was asked to make a remix for DJ Santos Suarez hit Krumping. The remix got through to the top charts of Dancetunes. Eric Carmeo is known for his eclected sound. He easily mixes Run DMC with Timberland. Followed by a good beat from Gregor Salto. He loves to make the crowd jump.
