Melbourne based electronic producer, Callum Baker (aka elkkle) creates an experimental and inviting sound world, a congregation of hazy-headed creatures, an organic mass of texture and contortion. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Electric Sea Spider, Shlohmo, Avey Tare, Bibio, mgkrp, YYU, Arca and Thrupence, Baker has amalgamated a unique approach to production that seems to hold a puzzlingly vague bearing in design or direction.
