ceecide is the project of Jonathan Martinez (he/him) from Mcallen in South Texas. A multi-instrumentalist blending ambient, shoegaze, hyperpop, and experimental electronic. His sound weaves together lo-fi electronica, distorted guitars, and speaker-knocking 808s. Beyond music, ceecide founded the Ceecide Festival: a pioneering virtual event that lives inside Minecraft, Discord, and Twitch. The festival has caught the attention of BrooklynVegan and Buzzbands, spotlighting dozens of underground artists and creating immersive digital experiences impossible to replicate in traditional venues.
