bygones is a Sacramento, California two-piece made up of guitar genius Nick Reinhart (Tera Melos) and drum god Zach Hill (Death Grips, Hella, Holy Smokes, Marnie Stern, etc.). Complex math rock song structures fused with sweet pop melodies. Full-length debut "by-" released on June 23, 2009 on Sargent House. Listen in. For their second release "Spiritual Bankruptcy" bygones recorded about 10mins of loud, wild punk rock. Dismissing most of the catchy pop melodies of its predecessor, the EP heavily borrows from the harsh, noisy sound of 90s hardcore punk.
