BATTLED is an alternative rock band from the Netherlands. The collective was formed by leadsinger Eline Everdina and guitarist Jos Louwen in 2020 during the pandemic. It all started with their first song “From the Silence”. Later that would become the title of their first EP released in 2022. The band writes songs based on difficult and intriguing themes while remaining a hopeful message. Their first EP named “From the Silence '' contains a strong rock sound with pop-punk influences. The band's musical style and lyrical content has been going through creative changes during the making of their second EP named "Growing Pains," which will be released in the autumn of 2023. The band currently consists of Eline Everdina (Leadsinger), Jos Louwen (Lead guitar), Jaron Biesheuvel (Bass guitar), Manuel Verburg (Rhythm guitar) and Martijn Louwen (Drums).
