He describes his electronic productions as the soundtrack of his life. A life that the versatile artist alex_Q especially devoted to the electronic sounds. His songs are a mix of catchy melodic and at the same time floating beats that picture an homage to the dancefloor and the Partycrowd. Experimental. Dreamy. Dancable. alex_Q was born in 1983 in Meissen, a town close to Dresden. When he reached the age of five his parents were moving to a small town in East Germany called Eisenhüttenstadt. With eleven years he started his musical adventure and his music education with playing the piano. The groundbreaking on his way to become a producer for electronic sounds was done. His style is mainly influenced by labels like Kanzleramt and Electrolux. In 2004 Alex founded his own music label "Farbton Records" that connects all different parts and "colours" of electronic music.
