This is the main musical project of Edmundo Veloso (Santiago, Chile) between 1996 and 2006. He recorded several independent records as this one-person-band that were part of the new wave of chilean indie rock bands in the mid 90's and early 00's. His influences are mostly David Bowie, The Fall, The Smashing Pumpkins, Brian Eno and Radiohead. Zuecokimonomagnetico, Shogún, Congelador, Termita - amongst several others - were the first bands to include references to experimental and noise sounds and receive good critical and public reception by a small cult following by relasing their works without being signed by a major label. At that time, all the underground radio programs (mostly from the Universidad De Chile's Antares radio segment) were starting to play this kind of bands, and helping to develop a small indie chilean audience.
