Zoltán Ádok (born March 22, 1976 Szeged, Hungary,) is a Hungarian singer, actor and dancer who represented his nation at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Dance with me. Ádok's song, taken from his 2008 album Tánclépés, was the internal selection jury's third choice, but after the original winning song was disqualified and the first runner-up withdrawn, Zoli's song was chosen for Moscow. It competed in the second semi-final but failed to reach the final. Despite his young age, Zoli’s career has been quite eventful so far: after finishing his dance studies in Pécs, he started his career in 2000 with Le Dance Contemporary Dance Music Company and moved on to travel around the world as a dancer and musical actor participating in musicals like in Fame, at the Habse Theatre is Basel, Switzerland as well as in Cats at the Theatre am Potsdam Platz in Berlin with 500 performances from 2004 to 2007. In 2008 he starred in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Madách Theatre. Right after the song contest, he will be playing the leading role in Contact, a musical by Susan Stroman starting in June 2009. Besides these projects he also appeared in numerous musical shows where he sang and danced songs from Mamma Mia, Chicago and Cabaret, among others. In 2008 Zoli’s debut album Tánclépés (Dance With Me) hit the shelves of Hungarian music stores. Zoli Adok recently gave his debut as a movie-actor as well: he is acting in the movie named
