Artist
Zachary Miles Ojeda is a recording artist, a songwriter, and a bass player whose heart and soul reside in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Driven by the challenges presenting artists and musicians today, Zach works full time gigging as a bassist while continuously writing songs and producing music with artists in the Twin Cities. In Ojeda’s time since picking up the bass, he has developed a sixth sense for precise songwriting and a distinct style of composition. Zach has also built a strong reputation as a trusted bassist for countless bands throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan including regionally popular acts such as This World Fair and Maria Isa. As a recording artist, Zachary Miles Ojeda was originally a solo project in which Zach wrote tunes in his spare time while balancing school and side gigs. After his Letters to Lindsay EP was released in 2007, Zach decided he wanted the atmosphere of a trio. Combining Ojeda’s jazz influences and pop mannerisms, Zach released an album with his jazz-drenched pop trio called “The ZMO Trio” in 2008. The trio’s self-titled release netted Zach press in the City Pages and numerous other Twin Cities publications as well as shows at The Varsity and Fine Line. Zachary Miles Ojeda is a new artist now. In his new studio album--Every Perfect Ending--he lends his voice and lyrics to a melody-driven pop sound, and wears his life on his sleeve while drawing from songwriters like Sting, Pat Monahan, and John Mayer.
