Founded in Brooklyn, New York, the Young Bosses were the first music group signed to TADAW Records. Both group and label was conceptualized and created by the founding members Dinero and J-Reed. Who are the Young Bosses? The Young Bosses goes far beyond music to the extent of being a lifestyle. It’s an attitude that guides the way you live (it’s in your veins). There are two kinds of people in this world, the self-reliant and the needy. The needy rely on others to get by. On the other hand, the self-reliant is able to take what they want without permission (owners)…this is what the Young Bosses represent. With genuine love for quality music coupled with hunger and a drive for success, the Young Bosses are committed to achieving recognition and exposure. Starting out with two microphones and a tape deck, quickly thereafter, a home studio was built. Within months the hardworking group wrote, produced, and recorded over 150 songs.
