IMA (Sean Lennon, Timo Ellis, and Sam Koppelman) supported Yoko Ono as the backing band for her 1995 album Rising. Post Rising... Sean, Timo and Sam collaborated together with groups like Cibo Matto and The Netherlands while also embarking on solo projects of their own. Although Sean has worked with Yoko in recent years, the full band has not backed her as "IMA" since the original release of Rising.
