Years On Earth formed officially in 1979 in Northampton, UK and was Bob and Mebz. They hand built most of their sound generating and modifying equipment from articles in hobby-electronics magazines, with modifications being common to overcome limitations. They home released three cassette albums, 'Years On Earth', 'Site' and 'Worlds Apart' to very good reviews from the music press and fanzines.
