Xavii is an Ambient Prog Rock/Post Rock band from Macon, Ga. The lineup includes Steven Ledbetter (drums/guitar), Dustin Murdock (Guitar/Vocals), Zack Matthews (Guitar/Vocals), and Bob Coke (Bass). They released their second demo, Mud Is Better Than Words late in 2010, which is available for free download at their bandcamp page (http://xavii.bandcamp.com/album/mud-is-better-than-words). They have a three song EP soon to be released entitled Our Recent Futures. They have released a single which is also available for free download (http://xavii.bandcamp.com/album/our-recent-futures). The band is embarking on their first tour outside state lines this summer with Truffelina, also Georgia natives.
